Nurseclex questions, answered

What is Nurseclex?

Nurseclex is a focused NCLEX study home for RN and PN candidates. It pairs short daily study sprints with original exam-style practice questions, rationales and printable 2026 study editions, all built around the official NCSBN test plan.

Is Nurseclex for NCLEX-RN or NCLEX-PN?

Both. RN candidates get Management of Care, pharmacology and Next Gen clinical judgment practice. PN (LPN/LVN) candidates get Coordinated Care, scope of practice and Basic Care and Comfort practice written for the PN test plan.

Are these real NCLEX exam questions?

No. Every question is an original practice item written to match the style and client-needs areas of the current test plan. Real NCLEX items are confidential, and no honest study resource can share them.

How should I study in the last 4 weeks before my NCLEX?

Split each day into three blocks: 25 to 50 practice questions, a review of every rationale you got wrong, and one weak topic studied in depth. Take one longer timed set each week, and rest the day before your exam.

Can I start for free?

Yes. Free practice questions, quick refresh drills, lessons and study guides are open without payment. The printable editions and the Pro Study Dashboard are optional paid upgrades.

Is Nurseclex affiliated with NCSBN?

No. Nurseclex is an independent study resource operated by NCLEXVault. NCLEX is a registered trademark of NCSBN, which does not endorse this site.
